Where are you located?
We are located at 73 Rues Road, Cream Ridge, NJ 08514, right off of Route 526 and close to NJ-195, making us easily accessible from Monmouth, Ocean, Mercer, and Middlesex counties. If you are coming from Rt. 526, our farm is on the right hand side, 0.6 miles down, follow signs for Apple & Pumpkin Picking. Please kindly disregard anyone waving you into a parking lot on the left hand side, this is for the farm across the street.
Where do I park?
There is parking on-site, located down by the barns. You will see signs for the designated parking areas. If you are coming from Route 526 (Trenton Lakewood Road), we are located on the right-hand side.
What are your hours?
We are open Saturdays & Sundays, from 9:30 am with 5:30 pm last entry. Last entry is subject to change when it starts to get darker earlier.
Do you close in inclement weather?
Yes, we close in inclement weather situations that might make conditions not ideal or safe for visitors.
Do you have apple picking?
Yes, we have apple picking as well as pumpkin and flower picking.
What kinds of apples do you have?
Honeycrisp, CrimsonCrisp, Red Delicious, SuperChief, Golden Delicious, Autumn Gala, Snapp Stayman Winesap, GoldRush, Pink Lady, Shizuka, Snapdragon, Suncrisp, Jonagold, Crispin, Aztec Fuji, and Granny Smith. Please note that varieties ripen at different times, so some apples are ready before others, please visit our Apples page for more information about our apples.
Is the pumpkin picking directly from the vine?
Yes, our pumpkins are in the exact place they grew, still on the vine and waiting for you to pick them!
Is food sold on-site?
Yes, there is a food stand that sells lunch items, a Thai food truck, and an ice cream truck. Only available on weekends.
Do you sell apple cider/apple cider donuts/pies?
We currently sell a very limited amount of apple cider donuts and pies.
What is included in admission?
Admission grants you access to all of our activities: apple picking, pumpkin picking, flower picking, our hayride, corn maze, and corn pit. Apples, pumpkins, & flowers are pay for what you pick and are priced by the pound and by the stem for flowers. Please refer to our Fall Festivities Info page for more info.
Is there an admission fee for just apple picking?
Yes, there is an admission fee. Access to all activities, including apple picking, are included in this fee. Please see our Fall Festivities page for more information.🙂 if you would like to just pick apples and not partake in the fall fun, please visit our second location, Annie's Orchard, right down the road.
How are your apples priced?
Our apples are priced by the pound and are pay for what you pick. They are $2.29/lb.
How much are your pumpkins?
Our pumpkins are also priced by the pound and are .89 cents/lb.
Do you accept cards?
Yes, we accept both cash & card. Pony rides & petting zoo is cash only. Food tents/trucks at farm may also be cash only. There is no ATM on-site.
Are dogs allowed?
No, sadly dogs, pets, or other emotional support animals are not allowed at the farm. Licensed service dogs are always welcome, according to state and federal law.
Do I have to buy tickets in advance?
No, our tickets are only purchasable at the farm upon arrival.
Do you host birthday parties?
No, as of 2025, we do not.
Do you have an ATM?
No, we do not. Stone Tavern Orchards accepts card and cash, however, other vendors at the farm might only take cash (pony rides & petting zoo are cash only, food trucks, etc. might also be cash only)
Can we bring a stroller?
Yes, you are allowed to bring a stroller to the farm and onto the hayride if needed.
